Q: Why
do I get an error message that states "No disc in Drive D:" when I try
to run SOLO?
A: First, try fixing by rebooting the computer. If this does
not work, see if there are consecutive placed semi-colons in
the "Environment Variable" path.
1.
Right click My Computer>Properties>Advanced>Environment
Variable.
2.
Double click on path under System Variables and delete
any extraneous semi-colons (2 simultaneously would indicate
1 is not needed). You will then be required to reboot. |

Q:
Why is my Co:Writer SE crashing when I try to launch it while working
in SOLO?
| A: This is a common issue with Tablet PCs or PCs running Windows
XP Tablet Edition. The current version of Co:Writer SE will
crash when launched AFTER SOLO
is already
open. We are looking into a fix for this in future versions. |

Q:
I have a book that I would like to put into the computer and then
have Read:OutLoud read it back. How can I do this?
| A: You will need to use a scanner to scan images of the book
pages into your computer. You will then need to use OCR (Optical
Character Recognition) software to convert the scanned book
images into an eText format that can be read by Read:OutLoud.
Read:OutLoud supports TXT, RTF, HTML, and XML file types. Once
you have
the properly formatted eText files on the computer you can
then insert them as etext into Read:OutLoud. This can be found
in
the "Insert" menu then "Add eText". |

Q: Why can't I access the internet through the web tab?
| A: Verify that your internet connection is operating by accessing
a website in Internet Explorer. If you can access web pages
there then your issue would be related to a firewall or Norton
Internet Security. Make sure you give the program file "ROL.exe"
unblocked access to the internet. Please refer to your firewall/security
software for instructions on how to set this properly. |

Draft:Builder SE
Q: Why
is Draft:Builder crashing whenever I try to save?
| A: Make sure you are not using any special characters in the
file name. Currently, Draft:Builder also does not support periods
in the file name. As an alternative to periods it is recommended
to use the underscore ( ex. "Jesse_GreekHistory_KS3") |
