Q: When I try to run one of my Little Books Series on my IBM compatible computer, I get an error message that it cannot find the lingo.ini file.
A: Go into Notepad and save an empty file to the Windows\System folder and save it as lingo.ini. This file is an empty file that the Little Books Series program is looking to initialise from.

Q: When I typed in my serial number, it said it was invalid. What should I do?.
A: Try using capital letters instead of lower case by using the Shift key (not caps lock). Be sure you are using zeros and ones for numbers and not the letters "l" and "o". If you still get the error message, Call Don Johnston Technical Support for a new serial number or a new copy of the product.
